Toyama-Wan ( Toyama Bay ) Zushi is a set of 10 pieces of sushi made with fresh, seasonal fish caught in Toyama Bay and locally grown rice, accompanied by a traditional Toyama-style soup.
Each restaurant offers the set at a fixed price, making it an easy and reassuring choice even for first-time visitors. You can also learn about each piece as it is served, discovering the unique flavors and stories behind Toyama's seafood.
